Anyone else notice a white flickering issue when scrolling through web pages? I have tried multiple browsers. I notice if I change the display back to default instead of scaling, its better but I still see it. I notice I have lag with the UI also. Its rather annoying since I like to keep my display set to scaling -> More Space.
