Mstand: regular vs 360

I was at the store today and looked at the mstands. They cost the same, and i decided on the regular one.

However, i wonder if the bottom plate is adjustable (how easy it is to rotate)?

Also, what are your thoughts on the regular vs rotating one?
I'm having buyer's remorse and wonder if i should have gotten the rotating one.

If you got one of them, are you happy or would you rather get the other version?
