My sister has an iPad2 3G, she has Skype on it, to talk to her family. Recently the ringing sound no longer works on her iPad when a Skype call is coming in. The volume is up, sound works for everything including talking on Skype call, it is just the ringing that doesn't work.
Running iOS 8.3, Skype version 14.19.10 - all the latest versions. I've reinstalled Skype, checked all the sound settings on the iPad and for Skype. All looks normal but there is no ringing when a Skype call comes in.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. She took it to the Apple Store and the Genius who helped her shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know.
