So I just got my MacBook Pro back from the Apple Store, and they told me they fixed a Kernal software issue. But ever since bringing it back it's just been on the bootup screen and nothing else. I'm at my wits end because I took it to them in the first place because it had issues but now it seems like nothing was fixed. It's been booting up for over 20 minutes.
