I recently was given a Quad G5 and have been trying to set it up. When I try and boot it the fans are low but then light #2 from the top next to the ram comes on as well as #7. From what I read online #2 means overheating. Now I don't have the skills to flush and repair the lcs. Also, I haven't seen any leaking liquid. Is there anything else which would cause this issue? I've heard maybe it could need the temperature diagnosis disks (can't remember the exact name for the software). Any help you could give me would be very much appreciated.

The disk you would need is the "ASD 2.6.3".
PM me if you need more information.

Thanks, I think I found a copy in an old thread. I've tried switching around the ram in the machine but nothing changes. Now it doesn't even show anything on the display. Boots, I hear a chime, then led 2 and 7 come on. After a minute the fans go super loud.
