Quickly disable HDMI output on nMP possible?

Hi,

I have Dell 2415Q and a LG UHD TV connected to nmp. Is there a way to quickly disable the HDMI output to my TV without actually unplugging the cable? I've tried mirroring but it brings the primary display refresh rate down to 30hz to match the setting on the HDMI connection on the UHD TV.
