I remember there was a file you could delete within Cydia that would restore back to default and remove all tweaks. I also saw iLex Rat...just seeing which is the best way to go about this. Thanks for the help.

Mobile Substrate (found when 'expert' tab is tapped).

This will delete most, if not all of your tweaks (iCleaner stays). Simply reinstall once completed and you're essentially good to go without the hassles and/or worries of using Semi-Restore.
