I am getting Safari issues, i think it might be some sort of virus. I cannot get bast this window, when I close Safari it just comes back up and it is also blocking my preferences. Lil' help please.

This is a JavaScript exploit. You almost assuredly don't have a virus, but the people at that number will try to scam you if you call them.
Best way to get rid of this is to shut off WiFi, re-launch Safari, and then close the window or tab that is yielding the pop-up message.
