Iphone 6 plus problem plz help

Hi everyone
My iPhone 6+ keeps restarting every 10-15 minutes even during calls the phone automatically restarts its annoying I don't know how to stop this by the way my is jailbroken plz help

On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

If no help then as your jail broken what's the most recent tweaks you downloaded. They may be clashing with other tweaks.

Try a process of elimination by deleting your most recent ones one by one to see if the issue clears up.
