Macbook Air 13 2013-2014 4GB vs 8GB RAM

Hi there,

I am looking to buy used Macbook Air 13 2013 for my wife on eBay.
She has basic needs: web, MS Word, movies, maybe some basic Photoshop.

With those needs in mind, will MBA 13" with 4GB of RAM be sufficient for the next couple of years or should i only look at 8GB RAM models?

It seems sufficient. My wife has a 2015 MBA and her usage is pretty similar... LibreOffice, Netflix, browsing and even a VirtualBox VM with Windows 7 where she sometimes studies Windows apps.
