Lost installation discs for intel IMAC late 2009 version

I have mislaid my installation discs for my intel IMAC 2009
I want to upgrade the HDD now
What can i do? Help please
At present ~Yosemite is running

When you purchase your new replacement Hard Drive, also buy any powered USB Dock. Then, before you replace the HDD, clone the Yosemite Drive to the new drive, then put the newly cloned drive in you iMac. Then you can use the old drive in the USB Dock as a backup drive.

No need for the original install disks.

You could also do this using the restore feature.
