2013 Macbook Air 13" Water Damage

I need a little help with troubleshooting and narrowing down to see what may need to be replaced....

I purchased this macbook off ebay (mostly for parts) that has water damage... but before i part it out i want to absolutely make sure the logic board need replaced...

red indicator on logic board is lit .... also machine does not boot and when attaching a ac adapter nothing happens... no green or amber light..
