CAN I USE BOTH IN MAC PRO 1.1 AND SWITCH WHEN EVER I WANT?
EXAMPLE ON HHD HAVE THE OS X 10.6,8, OFFICE 2011, GARAGE BAND, LOGIC PRO 9, I-LIFE, I-WORKS AND MORE.
AND ON SSD HAVE OS X Yosemite 10.10.3
CAN THE APPS FROM HHD EXAMPLE OFFICE 2011 OPEN WHILE I'M ON SSD DRIVE ?

I don't know the answer.

one way you can do that is with Virtual Machine...Have 10.6 on a VM...

A virtual machine is one route of doing this as said before.

But as you've got two separate drives, then you can always utilise them as self contained systems and on boot up hold the Option key and then choose which drive to boot into. You'll have to install your Apps on each drive, mostly because the different OS will have different versions of the Apps, some won't upgrade as far as the latest OS will allow.

If I was doing this then I'd install a third drive to store all my data, files etc which you can then easily access from both setups, but beware that different OS Apps may save the files slightly differently.

Fairly simple. Good luck!
