iBooks still available on Apple store?

I have seen iBooks still being sold on the Apple store a few months ago to education and student consumers? I can no longer find them on the store. Does anyone know whether or not Apple took them off or where they are hidden?

They were discontinued last May when the MacBook came in. Apple have probably sold the last of the leftover stock. They won't be building any more.

iBook production has probably been as dead as the dodo bird for a few months now. The only place I've noticed them are on those Apple reseller sites.

I saw them too.

No one knows, really. Are they still on there? A lot of schools use them...

I wouldn't mind havin one.

But it's crazy that Macbooks are $100 less then iBooks.

I believe we have a winner. Isn't the applecare cheaper for that too?

EDIT: Nevermind, Applecare costs the same.
