Its Fake: How do I know?

Firstly, its not well produced.

But, most importantly, it doesn't use Apple's *official* font. All Apple communications use their font, Apple Myriad.

But perhaps most importantly, it's almost 5pm on 2 February on the West Coast and there's still no sign of the event.

I'm no expert but in my mind that suggests the invite could be a fake...

Why wonder when so many regulars here have all said that it's true?

I don't trust new members as much. 😛 Call me paranoid, but they login and tell us "Oh no, it's true. I heard the same thing," or "Oh yes, I got the same invitation" or some other BS.
 
yeah...

of course! the iPod shuffles. Does ANY of this make ANY sense to you.

should old aquaintance be forgot...we were AQUAINTED with the old, silver iPod shuffle, and now it's color! I get it! And they held a two hour event to whip out a colored device the size of a matchbox. It all makes sense now 🙄
 
maybe this has something to do with WWDC
as the title was Save the date.
where in the WWDC they will use Time Machine 2 to go back in time to Feb 1 and make an announcement
but we wont know until June... but when they announce and talk about it we will remember something about this date 😛
