Do stores return the old Nanos to Apple or do they sell them at a discount? I really like the "stick of gum" shape of generation 1 and 2. I might get a high capacity 2nd if they drop way down in price.

I have seen them discounted at a lot of places here in the UK (HMV, John Lewis, Amazon)...
I went to the store on the day of release, and the 4Gb were 149...50 price drop, but the same as the new ones.
I almost told a girl buying one to wait, but she seemed dead set on a Pink , so waiting seem like a bad idea
