How to get photos off iPhone

You could always email them to yourself.

Connect to PC with USB, shows up as a drive with all your photos on it.

When I plug my iPhone into the USB port, if there are photos on it that have not been copied over it opens iPhoto and proceeds to import the new pictures, just the same way as a digital camera.

EDIT: Sorry, I should read better. Didn't realize you had a PC.

Doesn't the iPhone show up in the my computer after you have connected it.
If so all your photos should be in that folder.

Anyhow, as someone else said, when you plug the thing in, Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard should do the rest. Also, you should be able to access the Apple iPhone as a Digital Camera in My Computer, which is just a folder of your pictures.

1. Plug iPhone in.
2. Wait until iPhone shows up in iTunes.
3. Click on "My Computer"
4. iPhone shows up (icon is a Digital Camera).
5. Click on iPhone - pics are there. Do as you please...

If you have a program such as Adobe, it will launch after hooking up your iPhone as it looks like a Digital Camera to Windows...
