Is there a free program that converts Quicktime movie files to MPEG-4 files so that I can put it on my iPod Classic?

iSquint and VisualHub are the two I always hear thrown around. I always forget which one is free though.

Thanks. I'm going to try out iSquint (the free one). I just hope it'll work on my crappy iBook.
