Price reduction on Mini BTO options ??

or have the Mini BTO options e.g. 2GB RAM been reduced today? Maybe the bigger HDD as well - I'm sure earlier this week they were higher. I think a reduction from £90 to £60 for the 2GB upgrade so 33% less.
Assuming you're looking at a 1.83Ghz Mini - UK prices:
Sure the memory was more as I compared it to Crucial.
Edit: Definite as I have checked Apple resellers and their prices for upgrades including HDD and memory are higher than new Apple price

Yes, this is true.
I was checking prices in the last few days and knowing that changing the Mini RAM is a pain was aggrieved to find the price nearly £100.
At £60 it is much more palatable. Still expensive for 1GB, but just about bearable given the 'no hassle' and no warranty voided.

I'm not sticking up for Apple on the new prices for memory upgrades, but part of the still higher than normal cost for memory includes the task of having someone install the memory. It probably requires them to "hand-install" the modules rather than including them in the assembly-line process. They probably assume that most people wouldn't opt for the extra memory.
