I bought a ipod classic 80 gig yesterday. Connected it to my Imac and I tunes 7.6. I am able to load songs on my ipod just fine. I would like to work with the songs on the ipod but when I click on the ipod icon nothing show up but the synk mode. I can't see what songs are on the ipod or can't remove or adjust them.
I am very new to the ipod so any help or suggestions. I did download toudh copy but that program doesn't seem to do anything.
Thanks for any and all help

You mean grouping of songs like playlists?

You make those in iTunes and the iPod shows them. You can't make many changes to songs ON iPods, just in what and the matter in which they sync.

You manage your songs on iTunes and then iTunes syncs everything with your iPod. Now I've heard you can manually sync iTunes with the iPod, but again, you would choose what you want synced in iTunes. Ie. iTunes is the software for managing what gets put on your iPod.
