Hi Guys,

I'm quite a new iPhone user and this could be a ridiculously small issue, but I have a phone symbol with a sort of keyboard/keypad just near the battery which just won't go away and I'm pretty sure it wasn't day from Day One.

Any ideas or feedback would be deeply appreciated, see image link

Thanks,

Robertanti

That symbol means you've got TTY enabled. Go to Settings > Phone and set TTY to OFF, that should make the symbol go away.

a little bar with a circle on its top right

Could anyone explain what this symbol means and how to turn it off.

The bar is like a percent of completion when installation occurs with a dot on its top right. The symbol appears on the left side of the battery numerical percentage.

Thanks,
