Hey, look under the iPhone threads and at the top (as of now) someone has a 4gb on ebay for $117.50 at the moment. His thread is titled something like "Any suggestions on this ebay listing." Good luck !

The ebay auctions always blow up to $300+, even for 4gb's
 Hopefully once 3G comes out, I'll be able to get a 4gig on the cheap. I don't need it for anything special besides phone and some apps.

I have a 4gig with a cracked screen. I've been using it since it cracked and it doesn't interfere with functionality at all. Will probably be listing it on ebay tonight or tomorrow
