When I play music or anything only one of the speakers on the bottom works? Is this meant to happen? or is only one a speaker?

One of them is a speaker the other is the microphone.....Sorry I had to rub it in.
I'm pretty sure, but I could be wrong, that one is a microphone. I guess someone else may have a better idea.

To further sledge hammer this, having 2 speakers that close together would be pointless since you wouldn't really be able to get any perception of stereo separation.
One's the speaker the other is the copy/paste button that doubles as a video camera.

Yeah, the other mic is actually a speaker...
One is a speaker with HD SURROUND SOUND 7.1 BUILT IN WITH REAL LIVE ACTUAL SOUND (so crisp, so clear.) , and the other is the same mic as in your friendly neighborhood MacBook, Pro, Air, and iMacs.
.....Oh, and the other speaker is behind the keyboard, thats only mono.
