Rogers Ad
For the past couple weeks a rogers add has been rather annoying. I have a screenshot of it. Next time i see it i will grab a link as well. It "flys" across the news items.
EDIT: i found the link: http://m1.2mdn.net/1728279/PID_84601...en_300x250.swf I think this one is related too: http://m1.2mdn.net/1728279/PID_84601...en_500x500.swf Last edited by trainguy77; Dec 14, 2008 at 09:38 PM. |

Those rip looking things are part of the ad?! I don't see how it makes any sense. "Oh no, my computer screen ripped!" Is that what they're going for? I guess it gets your attention.

Its the USB thing that allows you to browse the net. So it flys across the page as its "super fast" like a rocket then lands next to the computer. The link I posted shows it minus the going outside of its page.
And no i don't use a ad blocker i have never found the need. |

I don't allow ad blocking recommendations on this site. The site exists due to ads and it's a bit of a slap in the face for regulars to suggest blocking them.
The only sanctioned way to remove ads is to contribute to the site for a yearly ad-free subscription. I do try to remove annoying ads, however, and will look into this one. arn |
