iPod how do I save a particular podcast to hard drive?

How do I do this? Is there a way to save a certain podcast to my harddrive so I don't lose it?

Ah, but not forever. They disappear as new ones download. You then have to download them again to listen to them. I want to save one of them and keep it.

Either
in iTunes > Podcasts : Settings... change the setting so that it keeps all podcasts forever
Or
drag the podcast you want from iTunes onto the desktop (or wherever) and it will copy it
