Is there a way I can listen to a local radio station on my mac? If not is there any accessory I can buy to do the same?

$50 for a USB AM/FM Radio & software . . .

How about just buying a radio?

Many cable tv systems offer local radio broadcasts, so instead of just radio, get an Elgato TV USB tuner and connect your Mac to cable . . .

HI adityashah1989,

yes there are a few accesories out there you can buy to listen to radio. i would suggest the AverTV Hibrid Volar Go M. it comes with the fm antenna and you can also watch tv on your Mac too. the quality of the image is excellent, compared to some other ones out there. give it a try!
