Nope, intel only, you have a powerpc processor. (no windows either, for what its worth)
The max hard drive is actually 320GB, so far as I know. Larger laptop drives exist, but the G4 Powerbooks use ATA, not SATA, and the biggest ATA drive I can find is a 320GB WD Scorpio.
You could probably also replace the optical drive with a 2nd hard drive if you REALLY wanted maximum internal storage.
