stuck on nothing after upgrading to 3.1.2

hey all i recently stuffed my ipod by trying to use customize on 3.0 firmware.... so i went to do an upgrade to 3.1.2 and now im stuck on nothing.. no firmware ive tryed time and time agian and itunes wont let me restore or nothing.....
can someone tell me how to get out of this 🙁 i cant stand it without my ipod!


Btw.i have a 2g ipod touch.
