Genie Effect on new 27" iMac..Is yours smooth?

I just got thru returning my iMac 27". Many reasons....one of which was the smoothness of the graphics. After I returned it I decided to try the apple store computers and see if any of them had the same issues that I had. About 30% of them did!!

Anytime you minimize a window using the "genie" effect it would stutter. It was FAR from being a smooth transition. This was among many other problems I had. I asked the staff about it and they had no answers. Genius bar had no solutions, but ALL staff agreed that there was a problem.

Basically I'm wondering if your new iMac is having graphics issues, but specifically that one that I mentioned.

Thanks.....

It was likely caused by the performance issues people have been getting. The same issue that is going to be fixed in 10.6.2.
