ringtones will not be copied to my iphone

I purchase a ringtone on my iphone but after sincyng it has disappeared from the phone. It is on my itunes but a message comes up saying ii was not copied to the iphone because you are not authorized to play it on this computer.

Hi, you have to authorize your computer w/ your store account:
Open iTunes, in the top go to the Store tab (between controls & advanced) open the tab, and select "Authorize Computer..." put your info then try it again.

I had the same problem tonight. I am and have been authorized on this computer, but I tried again just in case...no luck. I've confirmed I've been charged for the ringtone as well. Wish I could help you :\

I had the same problem, but then i went to "sync iphone" and selected the tab "ringtone" and simply ticked "sync ringtones"
