Yup - great deal. I believe I pay $8.40 every 3 months for my unlimited US and Canada plan. They do need to work on the quality though - it's not that great over 3G right now.

I don't know if that is Skype's fault.
If it is equally shaky on Wi-Fi and 3G, then yes Skype should work on it. And, I myself have problems using a jbroken phone over Wi-Fi. So there probably is room for improvement.
However, if it works fine on Wi-Fi, but the 3G is shaky .. then you know who to blame.
