You can use Snow Leopard's Quick Look feature to view PowerPoint Presentations.

About Quick Look

If you need more functionality than Quick Look offers, check out OpenOffice. 🙂

And nothing has changed since then. There is no Powerpoint Viewer app for Mac OS X. That's why I quoted it. 🙄

Yes, Quick Look works to some extent, but that's not the same as a Powerpoint viewer.
