how does one delete an audio stream Apple TV and iTunes?

I have added an audio stream (which did not work🙁) and now I see it in 'Recently Added' but to not seem to be able to delete it.
Any ideas?

I restored my AppleTV and it's still there 🙁

mine shows as an album in iTunes and does not show on my Apple TV...
strange,,,,

well I never! once the stream showed up as an album I was able to click and delete! Now it's gone!
