Print still frames from iMovie or iDVD '09?

I'm looking to print some still frames from my videos that I have in both iMovie and iDVD (they were shared from iMovie to iDVD to apply a theme and menus). Is this possible? I'd like to use them for making DVD labels and to print photos for the album that the dvds will be stored in.

Screen capture utility? Use the built in OS X one...

Command-Shift-3 to copy the entire screen to a PNG file, or
Command-Shift-4 to copy only what you select on screen with the mouse
