iPod touch Screen resolution went BIG

I was playing a game on my Ipod touch (3.1.2) then suddenly the screen went big and I cant figure out how to put the screen resolution back to normal...HELP🙁
 
You might have had accessibility on? It zooms the screen on a special gesture like 3 finger pinch or something like that.
