Easiest way to block a single port

Hello everyone,

discovered ScreenRecycler lately which allows me to use my laptop as a second display for my Mac Mini.

Only problem is that I want to allow access to the required port 6900 only by wired network and not wirelessly.

What is the easiest way to block that single port for the wireless device and keep all other settings to their defaults? Maybe this works with the built-in firewall? Sry, am a Mac newbie.
