Here are a few I made/found.. share some of yours as well!

If you have any requests please post an image of what you would like as a carrier logo and I'll try my best to make it.

To install these you place them in: System/Library/Carrier Bundles/ATT_US.bundle or whatever carrier you're on.bundle (Back up your originals!)

And the names for them are:
Default_CARRIER_ATT(or your carrier)@2x.png (this one is in color/black)
FSO_CARRIER_ATT(or your carrier)@2x.png (this one is white)

Young Money logo
FSO_CARRIER_ATT2x.png

Default_CARRIER_ATT2x.png


Crown
FSO_CARRIER_ATT2x1.png

Default_CARRIER_ATT2x1.png
 
What's the size that these icons need to be? Tried a few variations but none ever came out quite right. Thanks.
 
I change between these mushrooms and the Pacman ghosts. For my set up I use the blue and black colored mushroom icons. The negative version doesn't work well for me but it may for others so I added it.

I find the ghosts work fairly well on the different status bars as they are so I don't have another version of them. Just duplicate it and name one Default_CARRIER_ATT(or your carrier)@2x.png and the other FSO_CARRIER_ATT(or your carrier)@2x.png. :)

None of these are my work. I found these on macthemes in a similar thread.

From what I've seen the sizes seem to vary a little bit in height but somewhere around 45 pixels (give or take a few) seems good. I'm not sure if there's a width limit but the Pac-Man ghosts icon I use is wider than many I've seen and it works very well.

Yours look pretty nice, and yep around 40 px height and width doesn't matter.

Here's a couple I resized using images off the netz. The Fleur De Lis one looks pretty cool. Haven't tried the black/red one yet.

No. I'm not evenly remotely skilled in Photoshop to make these images. I dont' even have Photoshop :( All the ones I've posted so far are merely pics/icons I've found on the net, resized and altered the colors. Obviously I don't claim ownership or credit for any of these original pics nor for these edited ones. If anyone sees any issue with what I'm doing here, let me know. Don't want to cross any hairs with editing original works or anything like that.

Here's another icon that was made by someone else. I haven't tried this one yet so I'm not sure how it looks. Geez, I need to start making my own. I'm becoming a copy/paste master. :)

I appreciate what you did. I kept the color one for the default and FSO. I just think it looks better than the black and white VT.

I wish Telus had a carrier logo instead of the stupid text, thankfully I used MIM to put my own text. If anyone knows how to get a carrier logo to show up for telus, please do enlighten me.
