This thread is made for all of you guys who can't wait for a new MacBook pro and have good imagination of a new one!

WOW interesting... when I take the image from the apple site for the air and put it into photoshop, look what i get!

100% what I expect from the next redesign, if the Air is anything to go by. White keys would be better though...
 
White keys get dirty and look grimy. But they are pretty at first.
They should just do the silver plastic like current MBP but MB style.
 
It will/should definitely loose the dark grey plastic border around everything, as it is missing from the MacBook Air. I am definitely cool with the black chicklet keyboard, as long as the rest of the machine becomes more consistently aluminum.

EDIT: Great image by the way... very nice to see what it will roughly look like.
 
I'd take black keys over white keys any day. Something about discoloration and inevitable dirt showing up on them :p I like the current keyboard though. I hope they don't stray too far from it.
 
i'm not diggin' the thin strip trackpad button. i never tap to click, and i really like my spacious buttons. thin strip just doesn't do it for me.
 
I actually hated the black keys on aluminum at first, but after getting used to seeing it kind of grew on me. Now I have to say I prefer the black chiclet keys over the white ones.
The white keys look ok at the beginning, but give it a few days and the grime will just accumulate. I have the iMac aluminum keyboard with the white keys and wish they were black instead. The white keys get dirty too quickly.
Compare both photos of the "new" MBP. The one with the black keys look way cooler than the one with the white ones.

Oh so that's a problem in Leopard! When the hell will this be fixed? I've been suffering through this for months now, and it's starting to get annoying. I thought it was just me, because I don't know anyone else using CS3 with Leopard.
 
Ugh, I would prefer they keep the old design instead of taking any MBA influence. I pray for a slight penryn update..

Well I heard its a problem with CS3, but I still use CS and its also a problem there.
 
What about new case colours?
Black brushed aliminium?
Some of the fab colours they do the iShuffle and iPod in?
This "Any colour as long as it's silver" thing is getting old.

I know I'm OT too but, me too. Drives me crazy.

This is a problem in Leopard that will be fixed in the 10.5.2 update, possibly this Friday.
