Path Finder and AppCleaner don't get along?

Hey all. I just noticed that when deleting apps from Path Finder, AppCleaner's Smart Delete doesn't catch said deletion and doesn't prompt to delete the extra files (preference files for example).

I can't seem to find anything on this problem (on Cocoa Tech's forums or through google search). Has anyone run into this issue before or know why it could be happening? I really like Path Finder and was about to buy it if I didn't come across this issue.

Any help is appreciated.
