mac hdd not bootable after installing win7

Hi there. I'm in trouble with my MacBook UB. Here is what happened (I will describe the whole process although I think only part of it is really important)
  • before: mac hdd + bootcamp partition (vista)
  • used bootcamp utility to recombine the two partitions
  • again used bootcamp utility to make a free partiton.
  • plan: make 2 partitions out of the empty space later on inside the win installer. 1 ntfs, 1 fat32. this didn't work, because somehow this would have been too many primary partitions. i decided to just leave some non-partitioned space and do this later on inside the windows computer management. bad idea .
  • during the following installation process, i went away for some time and the automatic reboot actually BOOTED INTO OS X. so at that time, it was still ok.
  • installation done. after i messed around in the computer management, i had what i "wanted": what it shows now are 5 simple volumes on the hdd:
    1. 200MB "RAW", healthy (some mac partition, i don't know what it does)
    2. 200GB HFSJ, healthy
    3. 100MB System reserved (Windows needs this space, i don't know what it does)
    4. 80GB NTFS, healthy
    5. 20GB FAT32, healthy
under windows there are no problems now. All the partitions are read/writable, including the mac ones using macdrive. the trouble comes, when i try to boot into os x. EFI bootloader doesn't show a mac hdd anymore and when I boot into the leopard installation disc, the disk utility shows me all partitions as "Windows LDM".

So my guess is, Windows somehow replaced the existing partition table with it's own or something like this. So here come my questions:
  • is there any way to repair the partition, so that it shows as a bootable mac hdd again? I would have a Knoppix Live CD ready, if this is any help.
  • if not, what tools would you use to create an exact image of the mac partition under windows or linux (live cd)? also, i'd like to do the same for my windows partiton, since I got pretty far with installing all the programs I need. what would you use for that? (this would be, of course, to recreate the partitions from scratch).
  • how and where would you partition it to achieve what i whish (the additional partition would be very useful for me)?

Thanks alot in advance for any kind of help.

[EDIT]@mods: I'm very sorry, I've seen the "Windows on a mac"- Forum too late. If this is more suitable, please just move it there. Thank you.
