Safari Q: How do I make Zoom Out default when I start the browser? (Answered!)

I like to browse the Internet with Safari zoomed out one or two levels, but I'm getting tired of having to go to View > Zoom Out every time I start the application or open a new window. Is there some way to change the default zoom level and make it permanent every time I launch Safari?
