Do not buy a plastic Macbook. Apple will not support you on cosmetic defects

I'm not trying to badmouth apple, but I've had an unacceptable experience at the Apple store in Brea, California. I encourage people to purchase apple computers, but not the plastic macbook. Others like aluminum are fine, but not a Macbook! When you get cosmetic cracks in your case, Apple will not replace them, EVEN IF THEY ARE UNDER APPLE CARE WARRANTY. It is considered a cosmetic defect and will not be replaced because it doesn't affect the functionality of the laptop. If you are okay with this situation, by all means, buy the macbook. They should rename apple care to "APPLE HARDWARE FAILURE ONLY AND EXCLUDES COSMETIC DEFECTS CARE"

iThink that it is stated in the warranty. You don't need two threads, especially when you claim to not wanting to badmouth Apple.
