Help me find the name of a card game

Hey,

I remember years and years ago I would play a card game with my friend and it was awesome except now I cannot for the life of me remember what it was called or find it online.

I think it was called something like Millionaire (NOT 'Billionaire' where you collect the same card - movies, diamonds, finance etc)

The way it was played was thus:

- Each player was dealt a number of cards and had to build businesses from them
- There was a 'new business' (or 'new premises') card that you had to put down first before you could really do anything
- There were 'Asset' cards ($100k, $200k etc) which you could stack on top of your new business to make them worth something
- There were attack cards like 'Fraud' and 'Theft' which you could put on other peoples businesses to temporarily stop them from having new assets put down on them or remove current assets
- You won when you were the first to reach the winning score ($1million?)

Does this ring any bells for anyone? I'm so keen to play it again!
