Clearing Out Mac History/Hiding - Need quick Replies

hey guys new to the forum.

Just need some help on something. At my school we were all given new macbooks late last year. Tomorrow they are doing a check on every single computer.

The teacher will be checking that everythings okay, no cracked screens, everythings running etc etc. He also mentioned he will be checking all our recently deleted files and items to see what we have been up to.Is he BSing?? Just wanting to know what i can do effectively to make it so he cant see deleted items and history as we play COD4, Halo and other games on our macs and dont really want to get in trouble.

So far all i have done is reset Safari, Clear free disk space with the 35 write over thing. Anything else i can do (sorry new to macs dont know too much about them)

Thanks in advance
