Best processor and a motherboard with a combined budget between ($350 - $450)?

The processor needs to be quad-core from Intel or AMD.

The motherboard must match the CPU and support the following technologies: PCIe with SLI or Crossfire technology, SATA II, USB, IEEE 1394 (Firewire), and DDR II or III.

Or you could head over to www.newegg.com and search for those exact specifications yourself.
