iCal scheduling assistant availability

Hi all,

The uni i work for has recently implemented Exchange. Before i can happily move back to Mail/iCal I need to be able to review many people's Exchange calendars when scheduling a meeting.

Has anyone used Entourage? I hate it overall, but like the "scheduling assistant" for creating shared calendar entries and easily finding common spare time.

Can anyone help? Am i using the wrong terminology? Does this functionality exist in any apple application?
