Looking for a mini DVI to mini display port Adapter

Is there such a thing as a mini DVI to mini display port adapter? I'd like to use the 24" LED display as a second monitor with a 24 inch iMac which has a mini DVI port. Is there a way to do this?

there are few options (like 1 or 2) that go the way you want to, and they've only been on the market for a few weeks.

here is one from amazon, but it is $159, plus you still have to get to DVI from Mini-DVI.

No, not directly. You'll need a mini-DVI -> DVI adapter, and Atlona's $180 DVI -> MiniDisplayPort converter box. Possible, but inelegant and pricey.
