2Wire + Airport Express (old) + Airport Extreme (old)

We just switched to AT&T DSL which came with a 2Wire. I would now like to use our old AExpress & AExtreme as bridges to extend the Wifi signal. And I'm thinking that the Express can be used to play my iTunes over my stereo and to give my Xbox360 access to the internet. But I've been googling around and can't seem to get it to work. If anyone can help (and the more step-by-step, the better), I'd really appreciate it.

You could try the forums at DSL Reports they've got some people over there that really seem to know their stuff.
