All the computers listed seem to be G4-powered, so no surprise there.

It doesn't include the MDD Powermacs, a few of the iBook G4's or the Al Powerbook G4's. Even the last TiBook looks to be exempt. Looks like my 17" Studio display will lose support though.

I would bet a lot of that has to do with the danger involved in servicing Macs with a built in CRT. Its a risk that I'm sure Apple will be happy to be done with.

It doesn't say anything about Aluminum Powerbooks. The DVI Powerbook G4 its referring to is the 2nd to last Tibook, so you've still got some time. However, keep in mind that being supported doesn't mean you're covered under Applecare, so plan on dropping some serious cash on that drive replacement.

Even if it is, you have a few weeks to do it if it needs it that badly.

That has been the most sturdiest machine I have ever used. My eMac has taken abuse after abuse and she still chugs along. The only downside is one of the memory modules died (3rd party) on me so she's at half speed with 512mb. haha! Though if I remember correctly the machine is capable of 2GB.

Yeah, they are built like tanks. Very sturdy and a trusty workhorse... Would love to pick one up as a kick around terminal.
