When i called Hp there company sound like a full of people that isn't from the u.s and they Did not understand what i said to them on the phone nor emailing them so hp is a nice company i probly going to buy a mac after seening them transfering me all over the place.

use google as tech support,all the major computer companies have sh*t tech support. (outsourced to eastern asia and middle east)

Before you complain about the communications skills of others, you should dramatically improve your own.
